Troponin I is a marker of myocardial injury and necrosis, which has important clinical significance for the diagnosis and riskstratification of acute myocardial infarction. Elevatedtroponin value indicates myocardial damage, which can be seen in acute myocardialinfarction, unstable angina, and pulmonary infarction. , heart failure shockand other diseases that cause myocardial damage such as pancreatitis, severe diabeticketoacidosis, connectivetissue diseases, etc.The higher the value, the wider the damage range, and some patients with renal insufficiency may also increase.

Canine Cardiac Troponin I (ccTnI) Rapid Quantitative Test is a fluorescence immunoassay used with Healvet 3000 Analyzer for the quantitative determination of ccTnI concentration in canine serum or plasma. This test is mainly used for the diagnosis of cardiomyocyte injury
Step 1: Sample Preparation
Add 75 µL of serum or plasma sample into the buffer tube.
Mix thoroughly without forming bubbles.
Step 2: Sample Application
Transfer 75 µL of the prepared mixture into the sample well of the test card.
Step 3: Result Analysis
Insert the test card into the Healvet 3000 Analyzer with standard test mode.
Read and record the test result according to the analyzer instructions.
